Setup, Showtimes, and Cleanup

  • Set-up times are Friday from 6-9 pm, and Saturday from 7:30-9:30 am.
  • The show opens to the public at 10 am, and closes at 4 pm.
  • All exhibitors must leave by 6 pm.
  • Student and adult volunteers will be available to assist with loading and unloading.

Our 2019 Show

An application for our 2019 show, scheduled for February 9, will be available later this spring.  Please mark your calendar, and plan on taking advantage of our Early Bird discount by October 31, 2018!  Standard booth fees apply from November 1 – December 31, 2017, and a $15 late-application fee applies to applications postmarked January 1 or later.

Applications in high-competition categories (Jewelry & Bath/Candle) absolutely MUST be postmarked by December 31.  In order to present our customers with a well-curated selection, we jury high-competition categories during the first week of January, and late applications cannot be considered.

Please note…

Only HANDMADE CRAFTS are accepted.

We do not accept the following:

  • Any home-sales reps (Scentsy, Tupperware, etc.)
  • Local service businesses
  • Re-sale items–including items handmade overseas.
